Accessibility Statement
This statement applies to sites.propertybymegan.com. The site targets WCAG 2.2 AA and is currently assessed as partially conformant while the fresh launch is reviewed in public use.
Last Reviewed: 2026-05-03
Using This Website
We want as many people as possible to use this website. You should be able to zoom without text spilling off screen, navigate with a keyboard, use visible focus states, understand links and buttons from their text, and read the site on mobile or desktop.
The site has been designed with high contrast, semantic headings, real form labels, reduced-motion support, and tap targets that work on mobile devices.
Conformance Status
The target standard is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA. The current conformance level is partial because the site is newly launched and still needs an independent audit and real-user feedback pass.
Known review areas include long-form content scanning, generated metadata, colour contrast on any future imagery, and continued form testing as spam-protection settings are finalised.
Feedback And Contact Information
If you find an accessibility problem, need information in a different format, or cannot complete the contact form, email megan@propertybymegan.com or call 07985 337087.
Please include the page URL, the issue you found, the browser or device if relevant, and the format you need. We aim to respond by end of the next working day.
Reporting Accessibility Problems
We are always looking to improve accessibility. If you report a problem, we will acknowledge it, investigate what is causing it, explain the intended fix or limitation, and prioritise fixes that block access to core content or the enquiry form.
Complaint Handling
If you are not happy with the response, reply to the same email thread and mark it for escalation. The issue will be reviewed again, with a written outcome explaining the decision, fix plan, or why a change is not currently possible.
Preparation Of This Statement
This statement was prepared on 2026-05-03 and will be reviewed at least annually, or sooner when major page templates, forms, or navigation patterns change.
The initial assessment used internal checks against the design-system accessibility floor: semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, focus states, colour contrast, reduced motion, labels, tap targets, and readable responsive layouts.
